DD Waiver Funds may be used to pay for this workshop for Individuals and their Primary Unpaid Caregivers who lives at the same address by utilizing Caregiver Training and Education services or Consumer Training and Education. Authorization must be given by your case manager prior to registration to utilize DD Waiver Funds for this workshop.
