Staffing Manager

Successful candidates will have a strong management and supervisory background as well as experience with scheduling databases.   • Understand big picture goals for department; take responsibility and initiative to drive ideas and operations and solve problems
  • Understand, troubleshoot, and train coordinators on the staffing databases and all data collection measurements
  • Provide exceptional customer service to customers
  • Provide positive communication and build relationships with our temporary staff to develop strong, long term, committed employment relationships
  • Maintain regular contact with existing Staffing customers to ensure satisfaction with staffing services
  • Develop and maintain tools to track metrics for recruitment, applicants, hires, retention, and turnover
  • Ensure that all payroll and billing is accurate and timely
  • Interview and onboard new employees

  • Must have at least one year of supervisory experience
  • Experience working with people with disabilities preferred
  • Staffing experience preferred
  • Ability to pass a background check
