STAR’s staffing service provides trained support personnel for staffing needs in the human service industry. STAR’s staffing team will work with you to meet your unique staffing needs. Whether you need a Direct Support Professional for one day, a week, or long-term we are here to help!

What Makes STAR different?
We take special care to hire quality Direct Support Professionals and provide them with training that exceeds DHS requirements for 245B. All of our Direct Support Professionals receive all the basic trainings including: First Aid, CPR, Medication Administration, A Day In the Life, Alternative Intervention Techniques, and Lifting and Transferring. Our Direct Support Professionals also receive quarterly specialty trainings on topics such as Behavior Management, Autism, Customer Service, Professional Boundaries, and many more.

Temp To Hire
For organizations seeking cost-effective staffing strategies, we offer Temp to Hire Services. This service allows you to evaluate an individual’s skills and productivity in the actual work place. At the end of the evaluation period, you have the option to bring that individual into your organization in a permanent position.
